Eric McDavid was sentenced to 19 years and seven months in federal prison on Thursday for allegedly conspiring to blow up targets including the Nimbus Dam and the U.S. Forest Service Institute of Forest Genetics . McDavid’s attorney, Mark Reichel, vowed to pursue an appeal “vigorously”.
